April in a snap

JRS Kosovo has been organizing different activities during April. We continued our work with asylum seekers by being everyday in the center and supporting with Albanian Language Course, Computer Course and Health support for our beneficiaries.

At the same time, we worked with Persons who Granted the International Protection by offering monthly vouchers for food and non food items, Health support and during this period 21 IPs were certified with A1 Albanian Language Course and Certificate of Integration Trainings.

At the end of April ( 24-17 ), in collaboration with Caritas Switzerland we organized a Study Visit in Netherlands where a delegation composed by JRS staff, Caritas Staff and Staff of the Ministry of Interior Affairs, respectively from the Department of Re/Integration of repatriated and refugees had the chance to visit NGOs and Municipality in Amsterdam and Utrecht. The delegation was able to learn from the Netherland experience on the integration process of foreigners and we came back very inspired to implement some ideas received by this visit.
