A Collaboration of JRS Kosovo with the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Kosovo

JRS Kosovo has been supporting the Ministry of Internal Affairs in developing the Guidelines on monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of foreigner integration policy and access to integration schemes.

These guidelines aim to provide a systematic, standardized, and consistent approach for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the regulation on the integration of foreigners and relevant interventions.

The guidelines are designed to assist officials responsible for integrating foreigners, helping them understand the role of monitoring and evaluation, along with the processes and methods for conducting evaluations. Additionally, these guidelines prove useful for other mechanisms tasked with monitoring and evaluating policies and interventions.

The guidelines will be utilized to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implementing the regulation on the integration of foreigners and related schemes. Particular emphasis will be given to assessing access to public services and specific integration measures for foreigners.
